Three things to know about the new Infiniti QX60 Monograph

The Monograph, recently released as a near-production concept ahead of the new QX60 SUV, speaks volumes of what the future holds. The QX60 promises to be an eye-catching and sleek retelling of the model lineup. The final introduction and production will occur in 2021. Following are three things to know about this recent unveiling. 

The QX60 Monograph represents an entirely new design concept

The new look includes a futuristic design that emphasizes clean surfaces. Less lines and even retracting door handles contribute to the minimalist scheme. The floating roofline catches the eyes and leads them to the flush tail lights.

The side proportions reveal widened shoulders with an assertive, almost truck-like presence. The large wheels and high fenders visually lift up the Monograph. In front, the windshield is pushed back from the previous model and makes the hood appear to be bigger as it slopes down at the grille. 

The trapezoidal grille infuses chrome styling as it appears larger from previous models. The headlights are narrower and contribute to the assertive nature of the vehicle. The intakes remain similar to the 2020 QX60, but the lower lights drop down for added functionality. 

Overall, the surprising new design concept will likely be found throughout Infiniti model lineups for years to come. 

The QX60 Monograph is a family vehicle

Infiniti knows how important the QX60 is as a family vehicle, so it will be available with three rows. Although official numbers have not been released, the interior volume will be coherent to keep at least seven passengers happy with their gear, groceries, vacation luggage and more. The primary benefit is that the entire family will travel in greater style without sacrificing practicality.
